Meeting Or was definitely serendipitous for our family. We were interested in one of the properties that he was selling and at the time were not working with an agent; however, Or graciously showed us the property anyways. I would not be in my house today if it were not for Or. And I truly mean that. I looked for 5 years, had an agent that just threw me on an MLS auto listing that I got every morning. I am a tough cookie and have high expectations. If I had time to go thru a bunch of listings on my own, what do I need the agent for? It was a fluke that I met Or. I told him exactly what I wanted. He previewed each place before he bothered sending me the listing or showing me the place. The first day we went out, each one of the homes was 80% exactly what I described. I liked to blow him off at times cause I was too busy. Always too busy, but he knew me well enough to know when to push me to see something Now. And because of that, we put an offer on my new home while I was still standing in the kitchen. He made sure I saw it ASAP and was the first to jump on it. There were 2 offers higher than mine and the owners took mine with no counter the next day. The Agent said she has a soft spot for the first offers. Now, there were many before that fell thru - all to cash buyers. And on everyone, I was the pick. These damn cash buyers are killing it for those of us normal folks. But this was the one and I am so happy it all happened exactly how it did. He is the sweetest and endured my emotional crazy roller coaster ride always with a smile and never gave up. I still send him text messages every so often to tell him how much I love my home!

Shay is stellar at the profession of real estate, especially in the realm of customer responsiveness. He was always quick to keep us posted on all aspects of the buying process and always had his finger on the pulse with regards to filling out and submitting crucial paperwork. Ever available by phone at all hours, Shay was very diligent to keep in close contact with us and we felt very confident in his very capable hands. One of the best brokers in Los Angeles. I had him work out few deals for me. The most honest guy you have ever known. He relieved me from all the headaches that you as a buyer come across. The most hard-working guy, 200% customer service provider. I called him at odd times with many problems and he helped solve them and explained everything black and white. He worked really hard to get me the best deal that was out there. Definitely highly recommended.

Or is the best agent to work with. My home was previously listed and did not sell. I took it off the market and took Or's advice as far as doing some modifications to help sell the home. He brought me multiple offers and we were in escrow within the first week. It was an extremely smooth escrow and he worked with me and walked me through every step of the way. I recommend Or to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
