Nate Grivas

Born in New York and raised in Seattle, Nathaniel Grivas moved to Los Angeles to build his career in residential real estate. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where he studied Marketing and Business Law, a background that shapes how he approaches positioning, pricing, and opportunity in LA’s competitive housing market.
Nathaniel focuses on residential properties with upside, including off-market opportunities and value-add situations. His marketing background allows him to elevate how homes are presented and brought to market, helping sellers attract stronger buyer demand and helping buyers uncover properties that are under-marketed, mispriced, or quietly available.
By staying closely connected to developers, builders, and active operators across Los Angeles, Nathaniel is often aware of opportunities before they hit the open market. This gives his clients earlier access to inventory, clearer context on value and potential, and a stronger position when competing for high-demand properties.
Outside of real estate, Nathaniel enjoys basketball, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
