Julia Garza is the Director of Operations at The Brodsky Group, where she oversees and scales the firm’s luxury brokerage platform, leads elite agent teams, and architects the operational infrastructure behind some of Los Angeles’ most notable high-end transactions. Known for her precision, strategic mindset, and executional discipline, Julia plays a central role in driving sustained growth within one of Compass Beverly Hills’ top-performing teams.

With a deep foundation in luxury real estate operations, Julia has built, optimized, and managed high-performance teams while implementing sophisticated systems that elevate efficiency, compliance, and client experience across every stage of the transaction. She is also a licensed Notary Public and Transaction Coordinator, bringing a rare blend of operational leadership and hands-on transactional expertise to each deal.

Outside of real estate, Julia channels her competitive edge into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fuels her curiosity through travel. She is based in Pasadena, where she enjoys life with her dog and a constant pursuit of growth—both professionally and personally.
